Forms of transnationality construct themselves through multifaceted, multi-local processes whether in an economic logic, a socio-cuItural logic or a political one. It has become necessary to discern how the transnational situations affect power relations, cultural constructions, economic interactions, and, more generally, social organization at the level of the locality (Guarnizo and Smith :1998).

As transnationality is a multidisciplinary theme of study; considering the pressing globalization issues in many areas and the necessity to unveil transnational realities, methodologies to analyse varied case studies need to be described. Questions such as, does transnational theory offer a way out of the binaristic structures of thought perpetuated by theories of the local and the global, address important issues in contemporary research throughout disciplines. Transnational methodologies allow researchers to rethink heterogeneous spaces such as the metropolis or other localities. Still, researchers are looking for specific methods and ways in which to render rigourous work of what is transnational. For instance, spaces represented in artistic, literary and cultural representations can participate in a transnational description to which a social and cultural dimensions of communications media, processes and technologies contribute.

This paper will locate a theory of cultural transnationality and will introduced a method including a conceptualization of transnationality.
