I have two backgrounds of education disciplines . My first and second degrees are in the field of Islamic studies from local university but my Ph.D is in Public administration in Malaysia. I've edited a book title`An Effective governance in Malaysia'and now is writing another book title `civil servant ethics in Malaysia'. I have presented more than 100 papers locally in the area of values & ethics, conflict resolution,strategic planning and general motivational topics to civil servants and public.Several presentations had been made in South Africa, Brunei and Singapore.I have elected as a head of department from 1998-2004
